Velodromes
As you can see on your left the actual conditions of the Olympic Velodromo of Rome
I climbed up one autumn Sunday, to see how it looked

Italy has let down this wonder too, as usual; incurrent of how much beauty it can come up with
On this track, in “doussiè” wood, where launched great duels with the greatest champions of the time of it’s construction (1960) and for a few years later. The first fall was in 1964 they built it on ground water
Four hundred meters of track with a slant of 37%, the fluency of the doussiè was legendary and you could go really fast
Now the track is used to make bonfires and one of the pieces of that track is at my house. I placed it on a piece of marble looking like a tombstone.
