Bolted cog
I used a front hub for a disc brake and instead of the disk I bolted a pinion turn out from a bag of cog for freewheels.
Simple.
To hole the hard cog, I had to use a lathe turner with a right point.
The hub was obviously modified with the replacement of the axle, from front to back and the necessary insertion of a distancer.
With this introduction a la rotafixa I’ve freed myself from the necessity of track pinions and now I can use what I want, or find. Also mtb hubs for disk brakes are cheap.
